We begin with a 90-minute intake to map your story and identify the root patterns driving your exhaustion—like first-gen guilt and achievement-based worth.

You’ll enter your intensive with clarity, focus, and a clear direction.

STEP 2

Intensive

This is where the real shift happens.

Through inner child work and expressive arts, we move beyond insight and into real emotional release and nervous system change. We stay with the work long enough for something to actually shift—not just be understood.

STEP 3

Integration

Transformation needs support to last.

You’ll receive a follow-up session and a personalized integration plan so you can bring your new boundaries, self-trust, and clarity into your real life.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with first-generation high achievers who appear successful on the outside but feel internally exhausted, disconnected, or never quite “enough.”
