I currently accept Oscar, Oxford, Aetna and United Healthcare. For all other carriers, I am an out-of-network provider.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill (a detailed invoice) upon request, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. To clarify your coverage, I recommend calling your provider and asking these key questions:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?
What percentage of each psychotherapy session is covered?
What is the specific process for submitting my own claims?
-
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and HSA/FSA accounts. Payment is due at the time of service.

I’d love for us to start with weekly sessions so we can really build a strong connection and get some good momentum going with your goals. As we move forward, we can always slow things down or meet only when you feel the need—I want this to truly fit you and your life. I’m happy to walk alongside you for as long as you find it helpful. Many of the people I work with value having a consistent, long-term space here, and I often have clients return after a break when life throws something new their way. I'm here for you whenever you need.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. You can cancel an appointment by sending me a text, email, or through the online portal option.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, commonly known as the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. It is recommended that once you receive your good faith estimate you keep a copy for your records or take a picture for future reference. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 1-800-985-3059.
