Who I am
Graceful Journey Counseling was founded by Lizbeth Valencia-Lucero, LCSW, and inspired by her own journey of cultural transition, family resilience, and personal healing. As an immigrant and daughter of non-English-speaking parents, Lizbeth understands the emotional and relational challenges that come with change, loss, and identity.
Her work is especially focused on supporting first-generation and high-achieving individuals who feel the pressure to succeed while navigating identity, expectations, and internal stress.
My practice offers a warm, holistic, and culturally responsive space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, expressive arts, and—when welcomed—faith and spirituality, to support healing in mind, body, and soul.
I believe that through grace, connection, and support, your story can become a source of strength.
