Meet Your Host
Lizbeth Valencia-Lucero, LCSW
Founder of Graceful Journey Counseling, LLC.
As a therapist, I believe healing does not only happen through conversation—it can also happen through creativity, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
With experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions, I created the Coastal Creative Retreat as a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience intentional rest.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the pressure to constantly achieve and create space to simply be.
